- Fahari Income-REIT (I-REIT)
A REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) is a Real Estate Company Corporation which owns, develops or manages different types of properties. REITs are investment instruments that source funds to build or acquire real estate assets which they sell or rent to generate income.
The income generated is distributed to the shareholders at the end of a financial year.
REITs are traded like stocks/shares and investors can buy and sell their shares just like any other shares, and are also regulated by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA).
REITs may choose to focus on one main genre of real estate or may diversify to all types.
Here we give updates on the latest performance of the REITS markets and advice our clients accordingly so that those wishing to venture into the real estate sector may invest from an informed perspective.
